You may return items purchased at joloves.com in their original, unused, and saleable condition for a refund within 28 working days from receipt. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you received any complimentary items with your order, these must be returned as well. Refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
