You may return items purchased from joloves.com in their original, unused, and saleable condition for a refund within 28 working days of receipt. Proof of purchase (your order number) is necessary. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Complimentary items received with your order must also be returned.
If your Jo Loves product becomes faulty within one year of purchase, please contact advice@joloves.com for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds beyond this period.
